By staying close to the communities we serve, we build trust and gain a deeper understanding of local needs, cultures, and challenges. This allows us to work in areas that are often inaccessible to others, and to identify those who are most vulnerable or at risk.

Since our founding in 1984, we have grown into a global organisation operating in over 45 countries, delivering both emergency response and long-term development programmes.
